Notice is hereby given, in accordance with p.l. 1975 c. 31, the “Open Public Meetings Act” and pursuant
to N.J.S.A. 10:4-9, a special meeting of the East Orange Board of Education in the city of East Orange,
New Jersey will be held on THURSDAY, MARCH 6, 2025 at 6:00 pm. in Conference Room A at 199
4th Avenue, East Orange, New Jersey. The zoom link for stated meeting is as follows:

The purpose of this special public meeting is to review, discuss and approve the following:
Approval of the Preliminary 2025-2026 Budget Submission to Executive County Superintendent
Approval of Maximum Travel Expenditures for 2025-2026 School Year
In addition, the board may retire to Executive/Closed Session pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-9 to discuss
confidential matters, inclusive of contracts, negotiations, personnel, litigation, and attorney-client
privilege. The board will resume the regular public meeting immediately following the Executive
Session.
